“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DISHONEST REALTOR ? We had the misfortune of working with Brandon Elsemore. We looked at several properties and came across one that we thought fit our needs. From the very beginning we made it known we didn't like associations and planned on buying a good size boat. We asked Brandon Elsemore if there was an association and we were told no, but they collect money for plowing and road maintenance. We directly asked Brandon Elsemore if there was an association and if it had any ccr's or bylaws BEFORE making an offer and we were told no. Brandon Elsemore said he asked the selling realtor and said he was told there wasn't any. The selling agent worked for the same company. (The plot thickens) Brandon Elsemore NEVER contacted the town of Wells Maine and NEVER asked the Registry of Deeds if there was any information pertaining to an association. We put an offer on the property and it was accepted. We paid for an extra asphalt pad to park a boat on, and some other upgrades in the house. Come to find out down the road there was a full blown association! To make a long story shorter, we filed a complaint with the State of Maine Realtors Board saying Brandon Elsemore withheld information that he should have known or researched more or knowingly withheld information. It took the the Maine Realtors Board 3 years plus to look into our complaint but they found Brandon Elsemore guilty and fined him $3000.00 I'd highly recommend not using Brandon Elsemore or Keller Williams Coastal and Lake & Mountain Realty.”
